What does the $495 System Audit include?

You select one diagnostic lane from our service menu such as origination data readiness, workflow bottleneckmapping, or reporting readiness. Our team conducts a focused assessment and delivers a findings report with a prioritized remediation backlog and recommended next steps. The audit is a diagnostic and roadmap only, no implementation is included.

What happens after the audit?

We walk you through the findings and remediation roadmap via a recorded video walkthrough or live call. If you decide to move forward with implementation, we scope and price that work separately based on the audit findings. We also offer ongoing support arrangements for organizations that want a long-term operational readiness partner.

Do we need to be on Salesforce?

Our team has deep expertise in Salesforce environments, and most of our diagnostic lanes are built around that platform. That said, many of the operational challenges we address — work flowbottle-necks, data capture gaps, reporting readiness, exist regardless of your system of record.
